My culinary passion started at the young age of 5.  I was inspired by the culinary talents and passion of executive chef Emeril Lagasse. I loved watching his TV show – he captivated me his “BAM” routine for adding spices to his dishes. I was hooked!

 

That early motivation inspired me to specialize in the Culinary Arts concentration in my High School. I led my High School Culinary teams to several victories and state-wide recognition.

My professional experience includes working as a apprentice under an Executive Chef (at the Cattail Creek Country Club in Maryland) and working as a Chef at the Disney 5-STAR Artist Point Restaurant in Orlando, FL.

 

I now proudly own and operate my own Personal / Private Chef business in the Napa Valley and surrounding the Sonoma Valley, East and North Bay Area (San Francisco Area) in California.

My focus in on providing all of my customers (and their loved-ones and guests) with a Healthy and Memorable "Culinary Experience".

I can cater to any type of occasion or event - small or large - In-home or business - family or intimate settings.
